Check registry traffic
The signed-in Home dashboard shows the current month's download total. Settings → Plan & usage shows this month's registry egress against your plan allowance. Egress counts download bytes, not upload traffic.
Check a recipient's key
Open the relevant registry's Manage keys page. Its download key list shows the recipient, access rule, and status. Open a key's details to see Last used. Give each customer or integration a distinct key and keep its recipient or external reference tied to your own customer record. Last used is an activity signal, not a per-customer download count; key touches may be throttled.
The current dashboard does not show a per-client list of individual downloads. Monthly counters are aggregated by organization, and the key page shows last use. If you need order-level fulfillment records, keep issuance, email delivery, and access changes in your own system. You can automate key issuance after each sale.
